Jill Moffett has a PhD in Women's Studies from the University of Iowa, and a BA in English Literature from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.  Her work has appeared in The Cortland Review, Stirring: A Literary Collection, Bitch Magazine and Carolina Parent, and many other publications. Her chapbook, Border Crossing, was published by Dancing Girl Press in 2019. She  taught Women's Studies at the University of Iowa, Cornell College, and Durham Tech, and currently teaches art classes at the Arts Center in Carrboro.
